Bryde Elibit is a highly qualified community development practitioner with a strong academic foundation in healthcare and social development. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration and Management from Arden University and a Diploma in Community Development and Social Work from Amref International University. Additionally, she is a founder of Community Resilience and Health Action (COrHa), a CBO located in Turkana County and is also certified in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) by Amref International University, equipping her with the technical skills necessary for evidence-based programme documentation and learning. Professionally, she has worked with AMREF Health Africa in Turkana County, where she contributed to impactful community-based health and development initiatives.

She is also the founder of Nakiriam Village Initiative, where she coordinated grassroots efforts in health equity and sustainable agriculture. Her professional history includes impactful roles with the National Council for Persons with Disabilities (NCPWD), where she championed maternal health and disability inclusion. Under the Collaborative Approach, she will serve as the Communications, Community & Ecosystem Engagement Lead, stewarding public narrative and relational infrastructure. Her role is pivotal to the Inclusive 2030 Strategy, as she ensures that the organisation’s impact is communicated with credibility and ethical integrity across diverse audiences, including grassroots leaders, global partners, and funders.
